  1. Heat oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the red chilli,green chilli and curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
  3. Add the sprouted channa and remaining ingredients, mix well and saute for 2-3 mins.
  4. Cover and cook on a slow flame for 5 mins.
  5. Serve hot.
