This is a time tested recipe and is also excellent for quick dinners!
- Heat oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the red chilli,green chilli and curry leaves and saute for few seconds.
- Add the sprouted channa and remaining ingredients, mix well and saute for 2-3 mins.
- Cover and cook on a slow flame for 5 mins.
- Serve hot.
