Juicy Fruity Salad recipe - How to make Juicy Fruity Salad

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

4 apples , chopped
1 cup orange segments
1 cup grapes
1/2 cup chopped pineapple
2 bananas , chopped
1 cup pomegranate seeds (anardana)
10 to 12 cherries
1/4 cup chopped tomatoes
1/4 cup chopped guava
rock salt to taste
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch)
1 cup hung curds (chakka dahi)
4 tsp powdered sugar
1 tbsp lemon juice
3/4 cup cream
  1. Combine all the fruits and mix together in a bowl.
  2. Add the curds, cream and sugar in another bowl.
  3. Put all fruits in yogurt cream sauce.
  4. Now sprinkle rock salt, pepper and squeeze lemon juice on fruits.
  5. Mix all together properly and serve.
