Discover thje easy and quick way to prepare the jhatpat kheer by placing the milk and rice mixture in the pressure cooker and cooking it till the rice softens and the milk thickens.
- Combine all the ingredients in a pressure cooker and pressure cook on a high flame for 10 minutes.
- Allow the steam to escape before opening the lid.
- Serve hot garnished with nuts.
