Jhatpat Bread Dahi Vada recipe - How to make Jhatpat Bread Dahi Vada

Ingredients
Method
  1. Cut and remove the 4 sides of the bread slices
  2. Add sugar,salt,green chilli and coriander leaves in curds and beat well.
  3. Spread 1 tablespoon of mixture on the each slice and place on each other
  4. Spread 1 tbsp curds on the serving plate as well.
  5. Put a bread slices o top of it.
  6. Put the remaining curds on the top of the bread
  7. Heat the oil in a small pan, add mustard seeds and pour this on top of bread.
  8. Sprinkle chaat masala,pomegranate and coriander.
  9. Serve immediately
