Method
    Method
  1. Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the cumin seeds.
  2. When the seeds crackle, add the ginger-garlic paste and saute for 2 minutes.
  3. Add the onions and green chilli and saute til the onions turn golden brown in colour.
  4. Add tomatoes and cook till they are mashed properly.
  5. Add the turmeric, chilli powder and garam masala powder, mix well and saute for 1 minute.
  6. Add the paneer and mix well.
  7. Add salt and kasoori methi and mix well.
  8. Serve hot with chapati.

Good recipe. Simple and quick to make. I think that the kasoori methi added will give a different flavour to this subzi.
