1 cup sprouted moong (whole green gram)
1/2 tsp oil
1/2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
1 tbsp cumin seeds (jeera) - chilli powder (jeera and lalmirchi sauted in tawa and ground to fine powder)
water to boil the sprout
1/2 onion and coriander (dhania) leaves to garnish on top

  1. First boil the sprout ina vessel n strain it properly.then in a frying pan take oil n add jeera.after crackling of jeera, add the sprout and stir fry in slow flame .then leave covered for some time.switch off the gas n add jeera lal mirchi powder to n serve with grated onion n corinder leaves...
