Ingredients

4 medium sized potatoes , boiled and mashed roughly
3/4 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
5 to 6 green chillies , made into paste
1 pinch of asafoetida (hing)
handful of finely chopped coriander (dhania)
1 big chopped onion
salt to taste
2 tbsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
oil for frying
Method


    Method:

    1. Mix all the ingrediants except oil.
    2. If the dough is hard add little water and make a dough like pakodas.
    3. Take a lemon size dough and make flat and round shape
    4. Deep fry this in hot oil till gloden brown.
    5. Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney
