Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 to 5 servings

500 ml full fat milk
7 tbsp sugar
250 ml cream
1/2 cup chopped apricots (kummani / jardalu) , soaked in enough water over night
  1. Boil the milk till it becomes to 300 ml.
  2. Add the sugar and boil till sugar dissolves.
  3. Remove from flame and cool to room temperature.
  4. Add the cream and chopped apricots.
  5. Pour in a container and set in fridge for 3-4 hours.
  6. Remove and mix well and again freeze till ice cream is set.
  7. Remove from fridge,scoop out and serve.
