Ingredients

2 1/4 cups lettuce
3/4 cup orange segments or papaya balls
1/3 cup sweet lime (mosambi) segments
1/3 cup cucumber cubes
for the garnish
6 red cherries (optional)
Method

  1. While peeling,handle sweet lime&oranges carefully so that the segments are not mashed .
  2. Break the lettuce leaves into bitesize pieces.do not cut with a knife .keep in ice -cold water for over10minutes.then shake off all the extra water .
  3. Mix the broken lettuce leaves, orange and sweet lime segments and diced cucumber and put in the refrigerator.
  4. Just before serving, add the dressing and toss.
  5. Serve cold on a bed of lettuce leaves, garnished with red cherries.
