Jam Roll Pudding recipe - How to make Jam Roll Pudding

Ingredients

1 Jam Roll
2 1/4 cups mixed fruits
1 packet (100 grams) raspberry jelly
200 gms fresh cream
4 tbsp powdered sugar (approx.)
3/4 cup Custard Sauce
Method
  1. Cut the roll into even slices.
  2. Arrange these slices on the bottom and sides of medium bowl.
  3. Melt the jelly in 3 teacups of boiling water. When cold, put to set in the refrigerator.
  4. When the jelly is set, chop it into small pieces.
  5. Beat the cream and sugar until thick.
  6. Mix the fruit, custard sauce, cream and half of jelly and fill into the bowl. Chill for 1/2 hour in the freezer compartment of a refrigerator.
  7. To serve, invert on a plate and decorate with the remaining jelly and a little fruit and cream.
