1 cup semolina (rava)
1 cup plain flour (maida) with 1 tsp baking soda
1/4 cup besan (Bengal gram flour)
1/4 cup oil
2 to 3 tsp curds (dahi)
sugar and water for syrup

  1. Add the ingredients and keep it for 1 day.
  2. Make the sugar syrup.
  3. Deep fry the batter by making jalebi.
  4. Put it in sugar syrup.
  5. Jalebis are ready
