Jaldi nutri dhoklas recipe - How to make Jaldi nutri dhoklas

Ingred: Soy granules powder – ½ cup ; Oil –1 Tspn
Besan - 2 Tbsn ; Baking soda – ¼ Tspn
Seven grains flour – 1 Tbspn ;Chilly powder 1/4 Tspn
Yoghurt – ¾ cup ; Ginger garlic paste - ¼ Tspn
Salttotaste ; Lemon juice – ½ Tspn
For seasoning : Mustard –1/4 Tspn ; Cumin – ¼ Tspn
Oil – ½ Tspn ; Chopped coriander – 1 Tspn
Scraped coconut – 1 Tbspn
- Method:pour water into the soy granules powder and drain it into a filter.
- Add this to the whisked yoghurt. after 2 mins, add besan, seven grains flour,salt,chilly powder and mix well. add baking powder,oil and lemon juice and stir well.
- Grease a plate and pour this mix. steam this as you would do for idlis.
- Allow it to cool, then using a small round cookie cutter, cut them into circles.meanwhile heat a pan, add oil, when hot, add mustard, cumin, coconut scrapings. toss in the dhokla.garnish with chopped coriander & serve.
