A delicious nachos chips served with whit sauce made with cheese,maida, milkandcapsicum.

Jain Italian Nachos recipe - How to make Jain Italian Nachos

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving


For Nachos Chips
1 cup makai flour
1/4 cup plain flour (maida)
salt to taste
1/4 tsp carom seeds (ajwain)
2 tbsp oil
oil for deep frying

For The White Sauce
4 cheese cubes
1 cup milk
1 capsicum , chopped
1/4 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt to taste
For the nacho chips

    For the nacho chips
  1. Mix all the ingredients except oil fro frying and knead and a soft dough.
  2. Divide the dough in to 8 equal portions
  3. Roll dough in to thin not very thin roti like and cut like chakra shape.
  4. Fry those pcs till very light brown and crispy.

For the white sauce

    For the white sauce
  1. In a vessel keep milk for boiling.
  2. After boiling, add the grated cheese and capsicum to it let it cook for 2 min.
  3. Add salt,oregano and chilli flakes to it and mix well.

For serving

    For serving
  1. 1.Arrange chips in a serving tray pour white sauce on it and garnish with oregano and chilli flakes.
  2. Serve immediately.
