Jain Instant Jalebi recipe - How to make Jain Instant Jalebi

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

for jalebi
1 cup plain flour (maida)
2 tbsp besan (bengal gram flour)
1 tsp rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 tsp cornflour
1/2 cup curds (dahi)
a pinch lemon yellow colour
1/4 cup water

For Sugar Syrup
1 cup sugar
1 cup water

For Frying
  1. Heat curd lightly and mix all ingredients of jalebi with curd and form a tihck batter droping Consistency
  2. Soak batter for 2 hrs.
  3. Prepare sugar syrup at good boiling stage but not one thread consistency.
  4. Pour jalebi batter in a jalebi mould or a thin muslin cloth with a small hole.
  5. Heat the ghee in a pan and on low flame squeeze batter and make jalebi shape very quickly.
  6. Continue with others in a pan
  7. Fry till light brown and dip in sugar syrup and immediately remove otherwise it ll make soggy once.
  8. Serve with hot milk or Rabdi.
