Jain Chocolate Truffle Pudding recipe - How to make Jain Chocolate Truffle Pudding

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 serving

Ingredients
2 chocolate cream biscuits
2 marie biscuits
1 scoop vanilla ice-cream
choclate flakes for garnishing

For The Chocolate Syrup
1 tsp cocoa powder
3 tsp powdered sugar
1/2 cup milk
Method

    For Chocolate Syrup
  1. Mix all ingredients and heat it on a low flame.
  2. Bring it to boil and then remove from flame.
  3. Keep it aside and let it cool for room temperature.

  1. Take a transparent stem glass and add 1 broken bon-bon biscuit in the base.
  2. Add 1 tsp of chocolate syrup to moisten the biscuits.
  3. Add 1 crushed marie biscuit and again chocolate syrup.
  4. Add a layer of ice-cream and chocolate syrup.
  5. Repeat the whole layering.
  6. Add chocolate sprinkles on top and keep it in the freezer for ice-cream to set.
  7. Serve chilled.
