Jack Fruit Pachadi recipe - How to make Jack Fruit Pachadi

  1. Heat the ghee in a pan, add the jackfruits and saute till they turn golden brown. Keep aside.
  2. Boil enough water in a deep pan, add the jaggery and mix well till the jaggery dissolves and a syrup of one string consistency is made.
  3. Add the fried jack fruit and mix well till the mixture becomes thick.
  4. Add the cardamom powder and mix well.
  5. Serve hot.
