Instant Veg Dosa recipe - How to make Instant Veg Dosa

1 large potato , boiled and shredded
1 big carrot , peeled and grated
3 tbsp green peas , boiled
2 tbsp green capsicum , thinly sliced
salt to taste
1 cup rice flour (chawal ka atta)
1 cup fresh curds (dahi)
5 tbsp finely chopped coriander (dhania)
2 green chillies , finely chopped
2 tsp cumin seeds (jeera)
2 tbsp crushed coriander (dhania) seeds
oil or ghee for greasing
  1. In a bowl, combine the rice flour, curd, boiled peas, sliced capsicum, green chillies seeds, salt to taste and coriander leaves and mix well.
  2. Add the carrot,sliced capsicum,boiled peas.
  3. Add the grated potatoes and sufficient water so as to make a batter of pouring consistency.
  4. Sprinkle the cumin seeds and coriander seeds.
  5. Heat the oil in a dosa pan and pour the batter on to the pan and rotate to form a dosa.
  6. Cook from both the sides using oil and serve hot.
