1 cup semolina (rava)
2 tbsp oil
2 onions , chopped
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
1 cup milk
1 cup water
salt and pepper to taste
oil for frying

  1. Heat oil in a karahi,add onions stir fry till golden brown.
  2. Add suji stirring continously do not let is change its color.
  3. Add milk,water,coriander,salt&pepper.mix well.
  4. Cook till it forms a lump.
  5. Set on a greased thali.
  6. At serving time cut into fingers and deep fry.
  7. Serve hot with mint chutney.
