A quick and simple way to make rich and tangy rice mixed with various masalas and spices.
- Heat the oil in a kadhai and add the mustard seeds.
- When the seeds crackle, add the vegetables and remaining ingredients, mix well and saute for 10 minutes.
- Serve hot garnished with coriander.
