Makes 1 cup
- Combine the mangoes with salt, chilli powder, fenugreek powder and garlic and blend in a mixer to a coarse paste.
- Heat the oil in a pan add the bengal gram,urad dal,mustard seeds,cumin seeds and curry leaves.
- Add the grinded chutney to the hot tempering and mix well.
- Serve immediately or store refrigerated.
