Instant dahi vada is a vada recipe with bread slices topped with beaten curd. The bread slices are soaked and stuffed with onion, roasted peanuts filling and spices and then rolled up like a vada. These bread vadas are then topped with beaten curd(dahi) and imli chutney.

Method

  1. Take the bread pieces and cut the brown part.
  2. Dip one by one in luke warm water and squeeze out the water.
  3. Give the shape of a vada.
  4. Just before serving , add curd, and all the spices and coriander leaves.
