Idli upama recipe - How to make Idli upama

left over idlies 4-5
onions 1
carrot 1
greenpeas little
urad dal 1tea spoon
chana dal 1 tea spoon
groundnuts little
green chilly 1-2
corinder leaves finilly chopped
kadipatta leaves little
1 tbsp oil

  1. Cut the left over idlies into small pieces
  2. Add oil in a pan
  3. After the oil is heated, add cumin seeds,turmericpowder,urad dal,chanadal,groundnuts and fry to golden brown
  4. Then add finely chopped onions,chillis,carrot,and green peas
  5. Wait for a little while tillall are cooked
  6. Turn off the gas,and add the small cut idlis,and mix properly
  7. Add to it a little salt,sugar,and lemon juice
  8. Garnish it with coconut and corinder leaves
