Wraps and rolls are handy. They are fuss-free and can be made quickly, packed and enjoyed on-the-go. You can use different flours like plain flour, whole wheat flour or corn flour to make the covering.
You can also perk up the flavor by adding spinach or beetroot puree. Limited only by your imagination, you can stuff them with various combinations of ingredients.
It is easy to carry and an exciting mode of serving healthy veggies to your kids. Stuff with your leftover subzi or toss some in a myriad of sauces and create a juicy mixture.
To make a perfect wrap place a roti on a clean dry surface and put a portion of stuffing in a row in the center of the roti and roll it up tightly.
Cover with aluminum foil or butter paper. You can even secure it using a toothpick or cut them into two equal portion and serve as an appetizer with ketchup and chutney.

Makes 1 wrap/roll
- Place the filling in a single row in the centre of the roti.
- Fold the two opposite ends of the roti over the stuffing.
- Start rolling the roti from one open end over the 2 folded sides.
- Roll the entire roti tightly and wrap a tissue paper around it.
