Hot Dog Veg recipe - How to make Hot Dog Veg

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 to 5 servings


For The Veg Sausage
1 cup baked beans
2 potatoes , boiled and mashed
50 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
3 tsp dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
1 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
salt to taste
2 tbsp chopped coriander (dhania)
2 garlic (lehsun) cloves , chopped
1 tsp yellow mustard
2 tsp sweet chilli sauce
bread crumbs for coating
1 tsp coriander (dhania) powder
1 medium onion , minced

Others Ingredients
4 to 5 hot dog buns
tomato ketchup
mustard sauce
tomato slices
onion slices
shredded cabbage
pickle relish
for the veg sausage

    for the veg sausage
  1. Combine all the ingredients, except the bread crumbs in a bowl and mix well.
  2. Divide the mixture to 4 to 5 large balls.
  3. Take a part of the mixture in you hands and roll it in to a sausage.
  4. Heat a tsp of olive oil to a pan and shallow fry or grill on both sides for 4-5 minutes each.
  5. Take hot dog buns, slit in between from sides without cutting it completely.
  6. Place the cabbageleaves if you are using it, then place the veg roll.
  7. Put tomato and onion slices on both sides, then place pickle relish on one side.
  8. Squirt mustard and ketchep on the hot dog (whichever you prefer).
  9. Sprinkle chopped cilantro / coriander.
  10. Prepare the remaining hot dogs the same way. Enjoy!
