Ingredients
1/2 cup milk
2 tbsp cocoa powder
1 cup paneer (cottage cheese)cubes
6 tbsp sugar
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 tsp baking powder
4 tsp fresh cream
4 tsp dark chocolate , grated
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients except the cream and the chocolate and blend in a mixer to a smooth paste.
  2. Remove to a bowl, add the cream and chocolate and mix well.
  3. Divide the mixture into 6 equal portions and keep aside.
  4. Pour 1 portion of the mixture in a 100 mm. (4”) microwave safe glass bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute 20 seconds.
  5. Repeat step 4 to make 5 more pies.
  6. Serve immediately.
