Honey Ginger Juice recipe - How to make Honey Ginger Juice


Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 to 4 servings

200 ml ginger (adrak) juice
200 ml lemon juice
200 gms sugar
1 to 2 tbsp honey
  1. Combine the lemon juice and ginger juice and sugar in a pan, mix well and simmer till it boils well and foam comes.
  2. Add the honey to it, mix well and remove from the flame.
  3. Cool and filter the juice and refrigerate it.
  4. Serve cool.
