There is nothing as pristine and soulful as 100 per cent pure, unsweetened juice, made by you in your own kitchen! And such juices can be addictive, to the extent that you will never buy packaged juices from the shop again.
Most fruits, including orange, are best had fresh in fruit form itself, but if you want a change, you can juice it in a hopper. Homemade Orange Juice is easy to make but tastes awesome. If the orange is sour, you can add a little salt to balance it, but never add sugar.
This fresh juice is loaded with vitamin C . It is an antioxidants that helps fight against cancer, improves the functioning of your kidneys, and thus detoxifies the body too.
It is also rich in vitamin A , which prevents night blindness and macular degeneration of the eye. You can get the most of these health benefits with fresh homemade juice, and not sweetened store-bought ones.
- Add the orange pieces a few at a time in the hopper.
- Serve immediately.
