Ingredients available in your kitchen rack.
Method

  1. Dry cough and starting cold cough
  2. Take a 5gms of clean raisins and one cardamom . add the raisin and cardamom
  3. In a 2 cups of water and boil till the water is reduced to one cup. wait till
  4. The water is cold and smash the raisin and cardamom in same water filter it.
  5. For adult take this twice a day for 3 days.
  6. For babies give them 2 ounce a day for 3 days.

  8. For quick releif for continues cold,cough and fever take 8 to 10 black pepper boil with one cup water
  9. And filter this. add 2 spoon of palm sugar. drink thrice a day. this is for adult only.

  11. Are you getting frequent cold and cough due to alergies. try saffron in your food
  12. Or drink regularly. saffron increases the resistance power of our body system. it
  13. Is even good for asthma and related ailment.

  15. If your are outside and thirsty and reluctant to drink any drinks available outside.
  16. Eat a bannana its equivalent for drinking 2 glass of water. you can also chew a piece of jaggery.

  18. Leg pain due to long walk and long standing and strian, instead using lukewarm water
  19. To immerse the legs try ice cold water you will feel fast releif.

  21. Stomach problem:
  22. Smash a 1" ginger peice to paste.put in a container pour 1 cup of water and mix
  23. It well. leave this for a while. you may see a white settlement (don't use this)
  24. At the bottom of the container. without mixing, carefully
  25. Strain of the top thin water.you can also preserve this water in the fridge.
  26. (but not more than 3 days)
  27. At early in the morning with empty stomach take a ounce of the thin ginger water
  28. (please strictly avoid the bottom settlement) in that add a ounce of lime juice and
  29. A spoon of pure honey and drink it. continue taking this for a month. you may feel a
  30. Burning (ginger spice) sensation in the throat.this water is very very good for
  31. All stomach ailments like gastrities, indigestion acidity etc. and also good for
  32. Pains due to gastrities. you won't get these problem anymore.
  33. Note: don't take food or drink uptil an hour after taking this ginger juice.

  35. For quick cure for stomach ailments like gastrities, indigestion acidity etc.
  36. Take a spoon of zeera (cumin seeds) and chew and swallow.
