High Protein Drink

In summer season cooler is must but with cooler we need protein, calcium, fiber etc , so here is drink which is full of protein and made from soya milk, milk and banana.
Method- Combine banana, peanut butter, chocolate syrup,1 cup soya milk and blend in a mixer till smooth, transfer to bowl.
- Add remaining soya milk, milk and ice, mix well.
- Pour into individual serving glass.
- Serve chilled.
