Ingredients

2 slices whole wheat bread (pre toasted in oven for 5 minutes)
1 tsp butter
2 tbsp tomato ketchup
2 tbsp cheese spread
1/2 medium sized potato, (boiled , peeled and mashed)
2 tbsp shelled corn, boiled
4 slices of green capsicum
1 tbsp grated carrot
2 tomato slices
4 tbsp grated mozzrella cheese

  1. Mix the mashed potato with the cheese spread and salt and pepper to taste. keep aside.

  1. Spread the butter on top and bottom of the bread slice
  2. Spread the tomato ketchup on each slice
  3. Spread the potato spread
  4. Sprinkle the grated carrot
  5. Arrange one-two capcicum slice and put the boiled corn in-between each slice of capcicum
  6. Arrange tomato slices in the vacant spaces
  7. Sprinkle cheese on top
  8. Grill in pre-heated oven till done
  9. Cut each slice into traingles and serve with tomato ketchup and cola
