My sister loves burger. And one day her best friends come at home, to give surprise to my sister. At that day i had no potatoes in my home, and on that day market is also closed. I had herbs in my home and decide to make something new.

Ingredients

For The Tikki
1 cup chopped fenugreek leaves
1 cup chopped spinach (palak)
2 tbsp cornflour
2 tbsp plain flour (maida)
1 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
salt to taste
1/2 cup water
oil for deep frying

Other Ingredients
1/2 cup shredded cabbage
1/2 cup chopped spring onions
1/2 cup grated carrot
1/2 cup chopped coriander (dhania)
salt to taste
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper (kalimirch) powder
4 to 5 burger buns
butter to greasing
mayonnaise as required
Method
    Method
  1. Combine all ingredients of tikkis with little water if necessary and make 4-5 flat dumplings and deep fry them.
  2. Then take buns cut into half slice and grease with butter and bake them on 200 dgree c for 5 mins to make crisp.
  3. Take the slice of bun and put cabbage on it ,then put the tikkis on it and then add mayonnaise, and then put grated carrot and spring onion on it ,and then add black pepper ,and salt on it and then cover it with other slice of bun.
  4. Repeat this process to the other buns.
  5. Serve immediately.
