Method
  1. Combine the paneer, curds, parsley and milk and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Transfer the mixture into a deep bowl, add the oregano, chilli flakes and salt and mix well.
  3. Refrigerate for atleast 1 hour.
  4. Serve chilled with toast and chips.
