A simple loaf can be converted into exotic Herb Bread in a matter of minutes by sautéing cubes of the bread with mixed herbs and butter. This Herb Bread goes perfectly well with creamy, cheesy fondues.
- Heat the butter in a broad non-stick pan, add the mixed herbs and bread and cook on a medium flame for 3 to 4 minutes, while stirring occasionally.
- Serve immediately with a dip of your choice.
