You can serve this salad with a side of freshly baked bread or a toasted crispy french bread to have it as a main course!
spinach has excellent blood purifying properties with good amounts of iron and also lots of fiber. oranges have a great amount of vit c and minerals which boost immunity, walnuts and cheese are a great source of protein and olive oil is good for the heart!

Healthy orange-spinach-walnut salad recipe - How to make Healthy orange-spinach-walnut salad
Cooking Time: Total Time:
1 bowl of fresh green baby spinach leaves (washed and blotted)
1 large sweet and tangy ripe orange (peeled, de-seeded and cut into 1 inch cubes)
1/2 cup chopped walnuts
1/2 cup feta cheese/paneer crumbled
2 tbsp raisins, dried cranberries
2 tbsp fresh lime juice
2 tsp balsamic vinegar
2 tsp olive oil
2-3 tbsp croutons
Optional: 2 tbsp fresh whole strawberries/ raspberries
- For the dressing, in a small bowl, mix together lime juice, balsamic vinegar, olive oil and walnuts. in a large bowl, add baby spinach leaves, raisins/cranberries and orange pieces. then, add the dressing and toss gently but thoroughly. then add the feta cheese/paneer crumbles, fresh strawberries/raspberries and croutons. serve immediately and enj
