Ingredients

Apple medium(half)
raisins(3-4)
Anjeer(1-2)
milk(1cup)
Date syrup(1tablespoon)
Method

  1. Take half of a medium sized apple
  2. Cut into small pieces
  3. Take a few raisins and anjeer
  4. Liquidize the apple, raisins and anjeer.
  5. Add a tablespoon of date syrup.
  6. Add one cup of milk and blend to have the healthy drink
