For the wholemeal shortcrust pastry ( makes enough to line a 8inch pastry case)
75gms wholemeal flour(atta)
40 gms white butter/ margarine
50 gms boled potato(mashed)
ice cold water as required

For the filling
1/2kg tomatoes
1/2 cup cooked pasta
(prefrebaly small)
1 cup mixed vegetabled(peas,
corn, carrots,french beans)
finely diced
sliced mushrooms (khumbh) and baby corn for decoration
1tsp white butter/ margarine
itsp olive oil
afew fresh basil leaves
finely chooped
1tsp white sauce
2tbsp grated paneer
1 tbsp grated processed cheese
a pinch oregano
afew drops tabbasco sauce
dry red chilli flakes (paprika)
salt and black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
