Ingredients

2 cups mixed sprouts
2 carrots
100 gms french beans
1 onion
2 tomatoes
salt to taste
a pinch of chilli powder
a pinch of turmeric powder (haldi)
Method

  1. Chop the vegetables,keep aside.
  2. Heat 1 tsp oil in a kadai.
  3. Add finely chopped onions,fry for 2 minutes.
  4. Add sprouted pulses,vegetables,tomotoes and half cup of water.
  5. Add salt,turmeric and chillie powder.
  6. Cook on low flame for 10 minutes.
  7. Good health is ready for you....!
