Method

  1. Soak the figs in warm water for at least 15 mins.
  2. Soak the almonds for 2 hrs. in warm water.
  3. Heat the sugar in a small pan till it turns to a golden colour.
  4. Add the peanuts to it and turn off the flame.
  5. Spread this mixture on an inverted plate.
  6. On cooling crush this with a polling pin.
  7. Now,in a blender blend the soaked figs,banana,rose water,red colour and chilled milk.
  8. Pour the healthy shake in a tall glass and add the crushed peanuts to it.
  9. Mix with the help of a spoon.
  10. Garnish with chopped almonds.
