A tasty and creamy sandwich with grated veggies mixed in mayonnaise and stuffed between two bread slices.

Healthy Russian Sandwich recipe - How to make Healthy Russian Sandwich

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 4 sandwiches

8 slices of bread
250 gms grated cabbage
100 gms grated carrot
2 tbsp mayonnaise
salt to taste
1/2 tsp freshly ground black pepper powder
100 gms boiled sprouted moong (whole green gram)
2 tbsp of butter
processed cheese (optional)

For Serving
tomato ketchup
  1. Combine the cabbage,carrot, mayonnaise, salt and pepper and mix well. Keep aside.
  2. Apply butter on the bread slices and put the prepared mixture on it and spread evenly.
  3. Put sprouts and cheese and spread evenly.
  4. Finally put another slice of bread.
  5. Cut it into pieces and serve immediately.
  6. Serve with tomato ketchup.
