Healthy Risotto recipe - How to make Healthy Risotto

  1. Soak the soya chunks in a water for 20 minutes. Keep aside.
  2. Heat the olive oil in a non-stick kadhai, add the garlic and saute for a minute.
  3. Add the chopped onions and saute till they turn transparent.
  4. Add the carrots, beans and baby corns, mix well and saute for 3 minutes on a medium flame.
  5. Add the squeezed soya granules, tomato puree and all the herbs, salt and pepper, mix well and cook for 3-5 minutes on a sow flame.
  6. Add the milk, rice add appropriate amount of water(approx 1 and a 1/2 glass), mix well and cover the kadhai with the lid and cook for 20 minutes or till the rice is done.
  7. Serve hot.
