  1. Soak tamarind with little water and keep aside.
  2. Grind radish, green chillies, salt and soaked tamarind.
  3. Take a pad add oil, mustard seeds, asofetida, jeera, turmeric. . . Let them split and later add onion pieces.
  4. Fry onions gently and add the grinded paste.
  5. Cook for 2-3 mins.
