Healthy Noodle Salad

This recipes is a zero oil and a chatpata salad recipe which hit in weight watchers list!
- Combine the peanut butter, tamarind pulp, lemon juice and 2 tbsp water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
- Add brown sugar and blend again till smooth.
- Place the noodles in a bowl, add the bean sprouts and the peanut butter dressing and mix well.
- Add the onions, cucumber, carrots, fresh red chillies and torn basil leaves and mix lightly.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and sere immediately.
