Healthy Noodle Salad recipe - How to make Healthy Noodle Salad

Ingredients
200 gms boiled whole wheat noodles
2 carrot , boiled and chopped
2 cucumber , peeled and chopped
1 onion , sliced
1 red chilli , chopped
2 tsp peanut butter
1 tsp tamarind (imli) pulp
1 tsp lemon juice
2 tsp brown sugar
1/2 cup bean sprouts
a few basil leaves
Method
  1. Combine the peanut butter, tamarind pulp, lemon juice and 2 tbsp water and blend in a mixer till smooth.
  2. Add brown sugar and blend again till smooth.
  3. Place the noodles in a bowl, add the bean sprouts and the peanut butter dressing and mix well.
  4. Add the onions, cucumber, carrots, fresh red chillies and torn basil leaves and mix lightly.
  5. Transfer into a serving bowl and sere immediately.
