1 cup kala chana (brown chick peas)
1 medium sized onion
1 small sized tomato
coriander (dhania) leaves for garnishing
salt to taste
chilli powder to taste
1/2 tbsp lemon juice

  1. Soak the grams(brown channa) overnight.
  2. Cook to 3 whitles in the cooker. let cool.
  3. Drain the excess water. chop the onions and tomatoes to small cubes.
  4. Mix the channa, onion, tomatoes, salt, lime juice, red chilli powder all together. mix well.
  5. Serve garnished with coriander.
