A simple and healthy paratha recipe. .
- Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix well.
- Add a little water and knead into a soft dough.
- Cover and keep aside for half an hour.
- Divide the dough into 8 equal portions and roll out each portion into a circle of 6" diameter.
- Heat a tava and cook each paratha, using little oil, till golden brown spots appear on both the sides.
- Serve hot with chutney or tea.
