Ingredients
1 apple , sliced
1 beetroot , boiled and sliced
5 to 6 mint leaves (phudina)
1 cup curds (dahi)
salt and freshly ground black pepper powder to taste
Method
  1. Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and toss well.
  2. Refrigerate for 2-3 hours.
  3. Serve chilled.
