Ingredients

10 to 15 cherry tomatoes or plum tomatoes , halved
1 large cucumber, cut into cubes
1 cup red, green, yellow capsicums, cut into cubes
100 gms cheese cubes
black pepper (kalimirch) powder to taste
2 tbsp flavoured olive oil
For marinade:
2 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 tsp dried mixed herbs (thyme, oregano)
2 tbsp chopped fresh herbs (basil, dill, parsley)
5 cloves garlic (lehsun), corsely chopped
10 black or green olives, coarsely chopped
Method

  1. Combine the marinade ingredients, mix well, cover and put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes
  2. in a seperate bowl add the chunked tomatoes, cucumber, pepper and feta cheese, and toss so that the pieces are evenly covered by the marinade
  3. health sald is ready.
