  1. Combine the spinach, mint, coriander and green green chillies and blend in a mixer till smooth puree.
  2. Keep aside.
  3. Heat the ghee in a microwave safe bowl.
  4. Add the green peas, corn, capsicum and paneer cubes and salt, mix well and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  5. Add 1/2 cup tomato puree and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  6. Add the turmeric powder, salt and cumin seeds powder, mix well and microwave on high for 30 seconds.
  7. Add the prepared spinach puree and microwave on high for 2 minutes.
  8. Serve hot.
