Hariyali Rasgulla recipe - How to make Hariyali Rasgulla

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 3 serving

200 gms paneer (cottage cheese)
1 cup sugar
8 cups water
1 tsp cardamom (elaichi) powder
2 tsp rose water
2 tbsp finely chopped pistachio
1 tsp green color
2 tsp curry leaves (kadi patta) powder
  1. Take a bowl and crumble paneer nicely
  2. Add color, curry powder, and pista and kneed it.
  3. Now divide the dough in equal parts and make balls n flatten it little like rasgulla.
  4. In a vessel add 4 cup water and put to rasgulla and cook for 3mins
  5. In another vessel add 4 cup water and sugar and elaichi powdr and rose water and cook til one string consistency.
  6. Let the syrup cool down little and then leave those rasgulla and let it soak the syrup for 5 mins.
  7. Serve the healthy rasgulla.
