Hari Bhari Sabji recipe - How to make Hari Bhari Sabji

Preparation Time:    Cooking Time:    Total Time:     Makes 2 4

spinach (palak) 300 gms chopped
cauliflower 100 gms cut small
capsicum 1 cup cut into small cubes
carrot 1 cup cut into small cubes
green peas 1 cup
potato 1 cup cut into small cubes
onion 1 cup cut into small cubes
1 tbsp ginger-green chilli paste
1 tbsp garlic (lehsun) paste
salt to taste
red chilli powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
corriander powder
kitchen king powder
1/2 cup tomatoes grated
bay leaves
  1. Cut spinach and make puree
  2. Cut all the vegetables into small cubes
  3. Take 2 tbsp oil in a non-stick pressure cooker
  4. Once the oil is heated put bay leaves
  5. Add onions and saute it for a while
  6. Add ginger-chilly paste and saute it
  7. Now add garlic paste and saute for a minute
  8. Add all the vegetables and mix it
  9. Add salt and 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
  10. Add spinach puree and mix it well with all the vegetable
  11. Now add 1 tsp red chilli powder and 1 tsp of kitchen king powder
  12. Mix well and add 1/2 cup grated tomato
  13. Allow it to pressure cook till 2 whistle
  14. Hari bhari sabji is ready to serve
