2cups gram flour ,
2tbsp Soya flour,
salt and red chilly powder to taste,
1/2tsp roasted cumin seeds,
3 tbsp oil,1 tsp mustard seeds ( rai / sarson) few curry leaves (kadi patta)
2whole red chillies,
1tsp red chili powder,
salt and amchur powder to taste,
2tspfresh grated or desiccated coconut,
2tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- Make puree of grated kairi by grinding it in mixie.mix it with gram flour, soya flour,1tbsp oil , roasted cumin seeds ,salt to taste, asafoetida and red chilli powder. add a few drops of water and knead to hard dough. divide the dough into 8 equal portions. grease your palms and shape out each portion of the dough with the help of your palm into ½”
